How much will it cost?

Simply add your items to the bag and estimate shipping at the bottom of the page. The shipping rates displayed are calculated based upon the shipping method you choose and the total weight of the item(s) you purchase.

Please note that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. Additionally, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

ePacket

E-packet is our most affordable option for shipping overseas.

Due to weight restrictions, this option is not available when ordering two or more kigurumi or with orders that weight over 2 kg.

Delivery takes between 5 to 25 business days once shipped.

•    About 10 ~ 18 business days to Australia

Show Pajamas may share your personal information with companies that perform services for us,such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing paypal payments, investigating fraudulent activity, conducting customer surveys, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not disclose your personally identifiable information for other purposes. Some personal information is stored on servers owned by other companies. Show Pajamas has the right to access this information. Personal information may be disclosed if required by law. We do not share any personal information with its affiliates. In the event that another company buys the assets. Show Pajamas personal information may then belong to another entity. We do not rent, share or sell our addresses. It is possible that this policy will change in the future.

Return & Rufund Policy

Something wrong with your order? Oh noooooooooo!

Your 100% satisfaction is always our goal!  If you are not happy with any purchase we will offer exchange or refund.

Your items must be returned in new, unopened condition. Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than yourself) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below

1. Contact Onesiebuy Shop Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return.Email us at: [email protected].

2. We will give you a Return Authorization Number.  Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address the box to our office.

3. You may use any post service you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance.  Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.

4. Say last goodbye to your kigurumi !T_T---------Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton and include a copy of your invoice.

 IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

Once we receive your Return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any).  Shipping is not refundable. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund.  It may take one or two billing cycles until the credit appears on your bank statement.  Time depends on the policies and procedures set by your credit card company.
