The only thing I added was a zipper where the buttons are, as they tend to be pretty far apart and gap as you move around, but that's something I have experienced with other kigus. For me it is slightly above my knees. The overall size is good but my legs and arms are long so it barely reaches them properly. Overall it's very cute and I'm happy I bought this for Halloween to match my boyfriend (as stitch himself.) It even arrived A MONTH earlier than it said it would!
